Showing Coordination
We coordinate all showings with prospective tenants and provide feedback to you to make any adjustments to your listing.
Tenant Screening
We conduct credit reporting, criminal history and tenant eviction background checks on each and every applicant. We collaborate with you to determine the best course of action.
Municipality Inspections
We schedule and coordinate all inspections to ensure your home is code compliant. If there are code infractions, we facilitate the necessary repairs and schedule the re-inspection.
Move In
We meet and conduct a move-in inspection with the tenant in order to document the condition
of the property prior to tenant occupancy. This will be utilized when conducting the move-out
inspection at lease expiration.
